Soufflé Caramel is a DJ, producer and multi-instrumentalist composer whose sets and productions are influenced by many genres ranging from House to Jazz via Breakbeat, Minimal, Ukg or Downtempo.

Recently noticed by his release combining House and Jazz on the French music label Aurore 404, he also likes to produce music from a variety of backgrounds, like his releases on the La Menace Records label, influenced by the breakbeat and the minimal.

HIS DIET:
Its diet is herbivorous with light fruity intake during the holidays. With his flat molars, he loves to chew the grass produced by Mother Nature for a long time. When the mood takes him, he loves to search with his triangular nose for the tastiest fruits and mushrooms.
